Forretress is fairly simple. It's made up of three separate parts, the middle and the top and bottom halves of the shell.

I use 28lbs-32lbs (105-120 in gsm). I prefer 32/120 but sometimes I can't find it anywhere so I use 28/105. Forretress happens to be built using 28.
